We are looking for energetic and proactive individuals who want to make a positive contribution to the lives of people with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs. Particularly we are looking for individuals with an innovative and creative approach to support service users to achieve positive outcomes.

Our Wolverhampton Service is a vibrant and engaging one which consists of community outreach support and several supported living houses. We support a range of diverse individuals, but specialise in supporting those with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs. We strive to deliver outcome focused, person centred support to a standard which exceeds the national minimum standards.

Previous experience in a similar role is essential, we encourage people with the right values, aptitude and passion to apply.
