For sale is this Wattbike Atom Exercise Bike. If you're serious about improving your cycling fitness then this could be ideal for you. It is feature packed and allows you to train to specific heart rate (Heart Rate Monitor is included), power output, cadence, time or any of a number of parameters that you may choose.

The Wattbike Atom is also highly adjustable (quickly and with no need for tools). Adjustment really only takes a matter of seconds and you're done!

The Atom has a built in power meter and enables you to set a specific power goal if you wish to. If not, you can use any of the large number of pre - programmed workouts or just jump on, start pedalling and watch in real time your heart rate, cadence (pedalling speed), power output in watts, speed and calories burnt. All of the information is displayed via their free app which you can simply download for free to your tablet (recommended) or smartphone. Changing gears is done by simply pressing the buttons on the hoods (very similar to what you would do on a real road bike).

The pedals that are included are flat on one side and have straps to keep your feet in place on the other.

The Wattbike Atom is Bluetooth enabled. This enables you to use not only the Wattbike Hub software app but also a wide range of other apps including Rouvy, Fulgaz, Sufferfest, Zwift and others. You can also upload your rides to Strava, MapMyRide and others.

Don't risk damaging your bike by using it in a turbo trainer with all of the hassles and noise that go along with that or having to take 10 minutes swapping your rear wheel out and putting your bike into the turbo trainer frame every time before you can even get started - that'll just give you another reason not to train.
