Science Technician 3 Month Contract - Temp ASAP start date £70-£100 per day

A Secondary Academy based in Dudley that Reed Education are currently supporting with their recruitment are seeking an experienced Science Technician to start ASAP. This is initially on a 3-month contract, full time 5 days a week.

Requirements for the role as a Science Technician:

* Cleaning, storing, and accounting for all equipment and stock including chemicals * Ensuring chemicals and biological waste is disposed of correctly * Keeping relevant Health and Safety knowledge up to date e.g., COSHH requirements * Undertaking of safety checks and routine maintenance of laboratory equipment * Strong subject knowledge of science and a genuine interest in science * Willing need to learn and train on the job
