Sales Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a sales administrator to cover a temporary maternity period (9 months) with the potential of a more permanent role longer term in our varied, fast-paced sales office in the heart of Kingswinford.

Key Responsibilities & accountability:
You will interact with customers daily, providing and processing information in response to enquiries, quotations, and orders in a timely manner.
Dealing with all inbound sales and customer communications; calls & emails, maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanour.
Accurately processing customer quotes and orders.
Liaising with the warehouse and factory to keep customers up to date and informed.
Understanding customer needs and maintain manage expectations.
Booking couriers & transport for deliveries for UK, Europe & America.
