RM Recruit are working with a property business in the Bloxwich area to recruit an Repair Technician for circa 4 months.

This is a fantastic role where you will assist in all repair activities of the site. Knowledge, skills, and experience of work in a housing repair environment will put you in good stead and a proven track record in the delivery of high quality housing repair services is highly desirable.

Main duties include:

* Responsibility for the effective implementation of all of the housing repair services.

* Providing comprehensive, proactive and efficient repairs support to the Management Team, ensuring all agreed timescales and service standards are achieved.

* Supporting the Estate Manager and other employed staff in the repair and maintenance.

* Carrying out repairs, as directed, in occupied/void properties and around the estate but not restricted to carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting and decorating, groundwork and drainage.<...
