Recruitment Divisional Manager

I am on the lookout for a Divisional Recruitment Manager who is looking for a new exciting, challenging role in Walsall.

The role will be also be a billing role within the driving sector as well as managing your own division.

My client is an independent Recruitment Agency that has been trading for the best part of 10 years and have truly stood the test of time and throughout everything are still able to look at growing a number of their divisions.

You will walk into a division that is billing on average £10k per week therefore you will be earning commission from the off.

My client is looking for somebody to take the division to that next level and somebody that can direct and manage accordingly as well as bill successfully themselves.

Basic Salary - Upto £40K D.O.E.

Commission wise, you will be able to earn commission off your own billings as well as off each Consultant that you are overseeing.
