Our client who are currently looking for a Receptionist/ Administrator to join their team. They are looking for someone to provide a high quality, professional reception and administrative service to colleagues and visitors. To act as the first point of contact for the site.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
* Greet visitors and inform host of their arrival.
* Answer incoming calls through the switchboard and manage in accordance with company guidelines
* Maintain accurate records
* Create purchase orders via SAP
* Filing, some of which will include checking for accuracy for audit purposes
* Compile movements and visitors list
* Manage incoming and outgoing post
* Design and display colleague notices and posters as and when required.
* Any other administrative duties as required.
At least one year in an administrative role, including receptionist duties.
Knowledge & Skills
* Microsoft Office
* Warm and friendly manner
