We are recruiting on behalf our client Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council for 2 Quality & Safety Officer for adult social care services for people with disabilities, on a 12-month fixed term contract, full time, paying £20 per hour.

Job Purpose:

To ensure that the quality of social care services provided to the citizens of Dudley are appropriate, safe and consistent and that the terms and conditions of the Council's contracts are being upheld

To be involved as appropriate in the ongoing development of the commissioning activity through support with business planning, action planning, engagement

To facilitate and enable providers of services in the development and implementation of Quality Assurance, Quality Standard, Quality of Life and other systems and their continued monitoring to accord with contract requirements.

To be responsible for the development and maintenance of recording systems for all aspects of monitoring and inspection.
