About the opportunity... We are currently recruiting for a Payroll Analyst to join our Payroll team based at our Customer Support Centre in Walsall. As a Payroll Analyst, you will be working closely with our Payroll Manager and Supervisor to support several projects and policy redesigns across the function.

This is a six-month fixed-term contract.
What you'll be doing... As a Payroll Analyst, your duties will consist of:

Review and redesign the current processes and procedures that are in place to create a more robust procedure
Implementation of effective reporting and checking methods across the payroll department for several payroll runs
Working closely with the payroll team to scope and document requirements  
Manage test scenarios and review the outcome to amend as required
Support the implementation of the new system

What you'll need...
At least two years' experience within a payroll environment
Intermediate Excel knowledge
