We are currently looking to recruit an Office Administrator to work for a well established company based in Brierley Hill.
This role would suit a candidate who has some office experience but willing to learn new skills especially in a busy accounts department
Main admin duties:
* Inputting of Product Files on DNA for new parts that arrive from existing customers.
* Raising Purchase Orders for customers
* Entering mechanical test purchase orders on the Test Bar Control.
* Raising of full certificates, attaching additional information such as Exova Reports and Inspection Sheets.
* Clearing of DNA White pages putting certificate number on.
* Entering information onto the DNA (Part numbers / Orders).
* Scanning and emailing of signed certificates.
* Answering of telephone calls when required.
* Routine filing
* Learning basic Purchase ledger duties
* Sales Invoicing
* Advancing in time to Sales ledger duties
