Alexander Daniels are currently recruiting for an Interim Payroll Specialist for a 6 month remote-working contract for a charitable organisation. You will be required to come in to the business and make recommendations on best practices for the payroll department and play a key role in implementing them, ensuring that the systems and processes are in place and running entirely as they should be.
This person will need to have a wealth of previous payroll experience, with a focus on process improvement and problem solving. This is a challenging role so you will need to have previous experience in a similar role, and an unphased and methodical approach.
This role is an interim role for an initial minimum period of 6 months with a view to being extended. You will be 100% home-based but liaise with branches up and down the country, so you must be able to work on your own initiative and a confident communicator.
