Role:
We are looking for a Divisional Manager that have a proven track record in winning and servicing business to a high standard. Reputation is very important to the team, branch and company!
- Overseeing a team of 2-4 consultants over 2 plans
- Assisting in setting targets for the team
- Lead Sales and Service meetings
- Developing the team alongside the Training/Ops Manager
- Driving current and new sales
Salary:
- £25,000 - £30,000 dependant upon experience
- OTE £35,00 + with competitive bonus scheme
