As Construction Administrator you will need to have/be:
Knowledge and experience of construction and property industry
2+ years of administration experience in construction
I T Literate
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Well organised and a self-starter

Salary: £16,000.00, £20,000.00 per annum DEO
Hours: Full Time
Location: West Midlands
Duration: Permanent

Role of a Construction Administrator:
Responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing the running of the administrative duties
Maintaining the inhouse system up to date
Identify foreseeable project risks and initiate appropriate mitigation measures, keeping Construction team informed at all time
