Condition is "Used" but with very little use and is in very good condition. The back and arm of the chair that was in the window is faded with the sunlight, not too noticeable on the arm.

Sofa 170cm wide, 95cm deep for the arms, add an extra 8cm for full depth to include the cushion, 100cm high to top of cushion. Cushions are 62cm deep  x 52cm wide.
