Equipment fitted includes a griddle, burco boiler, three pot bain marie and a full size double oven with four gas rings. Most of the equipment is less than two years old and all in excellent working condition. The trailer is currently used to produce freshly cooked pasta and meatballs, breakfasts, burgers and hot dogs at festivals, street markets and street food events. Single axle braked trailer with 4 new wind down steady legs and a heavy duty jockey wheel. The trailer is vinyl wrapped, though this can be removed to reveal a plain white trailer beneath. All equipment installed is LPG and lighting is LED run from a 12v battery. There is wiring to plug sockets though this is not currently used. A current LPG gas certificate is in place until March 2017. The trailer is self-contained and ready to turn up and work wherever you want to without having to worry about noisy generators.
