At ZING, we make fitness fun and accessible to all: A typical class involves stretching, balancing and loosening sequences either standing, sitting or lying on a mat.
The exercises offer three different levels of intensity, depending on your flexibility, strength and stamina - allowing everyone to work at their own level, in a motivating and friendly class.
All our classes end with a lovely guided meditation section that lasts approximately 10 minutes. During this time you have nothing to do but enjoy the quiet. It's bliss!
