This is a 2 bedroom semi detached house in Blackheath Rowley Regis. There's a decent sized living room, an average sized kitchen, small hallway, average sized bathroom with just a bath (no shower) and 2 decent sized bedrooms (one being smaller than the other). We live a 5/10 minute walk from the town centre and are also quite near to the schools. Only a 15/20 minute walk from Rowley Regis train station. There's off road parking. We're near to bus stops that are no more than a 5/10 minute walk. They take you to Oldbury/Merry Hill/Dudley/Birmingham etc. Recently decorated the living room so it has a brighter and nicer feel to it. Also recently in the process of decorating the smaller bedroom. (Will put updated pics when its done). We are looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom house with a spacious living room, decent sized bedrooms and a nice garden that's fenced in because we're getting a dog. Needs to be near bus stops so the daughter can get to Merry Hill for work.
