You will be a member of the care team, ensuring that the personal care of the resident is maintained,
according to the needs and capabilities of the Client. Commitment, flexibility and continuity are
essential criteria.
To promote personal and physical independence and choice in the activities of daily living
undertaken by the client at home and in the community.
After initial induction and following planned training, a Care/Support Worker will be able, in accordance with
the Company Policies and Procedures to assist with basic personal care. All such assistance will be given while observing the client's dignity and privacy. The care worker should promote independence and encourage the client to undertake all tasks within their capabilities, with their assistance. Full training will be provided.
