8x8 feet including 2 ft porch.... The Wendy house is approx 3 years old in very good condition.. The house needs repainting and as only ever been painted the 2 sides you can see as have been unable to reach the other 2 sides.

As far as I can see there is no rot ( viewing is welcome) the only thing that needs doing is one of the window boxes has come loose and will need putting back on or can be removed as they were extras... The felt is in good condition... Am not sure if this will need replacing once it has been dismantled.

This was a surprise for my children and was not around when it was erected so am not sure how to dismantle it.. But I presume it's similar to a shed.

There was a floor covering put inside and there's a rug and a few chairs if they are any good you can have all of that free. My children have outgrown this now and it's a shame to just be sitting there.

It's on a slabbed area at the top of the garden the decking steps in front were something we did ourselves as an extra.

This will need dismantling and cash on collection.. I can arrange for someone to come and help with the dismantling weekends will be better unless you are happy to go ahead and do it yourselves.

This is not a 2 storey so it's just a 1 floor Wendy house and we paid 450 brand new so grab a bargain....
