I've owned the van for 1 year it was serviced when I bought it - I've never had any problems. Starts / runs / drives great.

Only thing I can fault the van on is a few rust patches which I was going to get touched up but haven't got round to it. (See picture)

These XLWB versions dont come round often you will struggle to find another one of these that isn't crazy money or a beaten up builders van.
